I read books, listen to podcasts, and hit the gym daily. I max out at everything I do. The only way to ensure continuous progress is to track your results. I have an app for my workouts which is updated daily. I have an app for the food I eat, which I weigh on a scale to count my protein/fat/carbs. This ensures I stay ripped and can maintain a body less than 10% of the world has.

Focusing on both fitness and finances makes you an incredibly rare individual. Most people in the world are statistically average, with little to no burning desire for anything. Most people in the world are comfortable sitting around the TV all day accomplishing nothing. Most people in the world are satisfied with bitching and moaning about their lack of financial success rather than doing anything to change it. By devoting a large portion of your time and energy to leveling up you slowly but surely remove the average from your existence and change it for extraordinary.
