Court approved DUI classes are required in Chicago and length varies based on number of arrests. DUI class requirements in Chicago, Illinois depend on the risk level assigned to the offender.
Minimal risk: Complete 10 hours of DUI risk education.
Moderate risk: Complete 10 hours of DUI risk education and 12 hours of early intervention.
Significant risk: Complete 10 hours of DUI risk education and 20 hours of substance abuse treatment.
High risk: Complete 75 hours of substance abuse treatment
